the following areas, Antrim, Beaver Island and surrounding islands, 
Benzie, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Emmet, Grand Traverse, Leelanau, 
Manistee, Otsego and Presque Isle has been cancelled.

The Flood Watch is cancelled. Flooding is no longer expected to pose 
a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
