...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flash Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of east central 
Minnesota, north central Minnesota and northeast Minnesota, 
including the following areas, in east central Minnesota, Crow Wing 
and Northern Aitkin. In north central Minnesota, Koochiching, North 
Cass, North Itasca, South Cass and South Itasca. In northeast 
Minnesota, Central St. Louis and North St. Louis.

Heavy rainfall has ended over much of the watch area. Minor 
localized flooding is possible as rainfall flows through local 
creeks, streams, and rivers. If you observe flooding, please relay 
to local law enforcement and the National Weather Service in Duluth, 
MN.
