and east central Minnesota, including the following counties, in 
central Minnesota, Benton, Morrison, Sherburne, Stearns and Todd. In 
east central Minnesota, Isanti, Kanabec and Mille Lacs.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to 
heed remaining road closures.
