The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of northeast Kansas, 
including the following areas, Atchison KS and Doniphan and 
northwest Missouri, including the following area, Buchanan.

The heaviest rains have been south of the area and as a result 
widespread flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please 
continue to heed remaining road closures.
