The Flood Watch is cancelled for the western Piedmont and Triad area 
including the following areas, Alamance, Anson, Davidson, Forsyth, 
Guilford, Montgomery, Randolph, Richmond and Stanly.

The heavy rain has ended and the flooding threat is diminishing. 
Therefore, the Flood Watch is being cancelled.
