southwest Nebraska, including the following counties, in central 
Nebraska, Custer. In southwest Nebraska, Chase, Frontier, Hayes, 
Keith, Lincoln and Perkins.

The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will 
expire at Noon MDT/1 PM CDT/ today.
