.Heavy rainfall amounts capable of producing rainfall amounts of 
1 to 3 inches fell across the watch area last evening into early 
this morning. This will lead to the threat for continued flooding 
and flash flooding. Flash flood warnings and advisories remain in 
effect for portions of the watch area.
