The Flood Watch is upgraded to a Flood Advisory for
  The Humboldt River Near Imlay
* At 11:15 AM Thursday the stage was 10.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is possible by Friday afternoon.
* Flood stage is 10.3 feet.
* Forecast...Flood stage may be reached by Friday afternoon and 
  continue to slowly rise for a couple weeks.
* Impact...At 10.3 feet...Minor flooding of Tungsten Road south of 
  the river between the river and the Pit Taylor Canal. Some minor 
  low land flooding is possible very near the river from the 
  Humboldt County line to Rye Patch.
