...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of northwest Oregon, 
including the following areas, Central Coast Range of Western 
Oregon, Central Oregon Coast, Central Willamette Valley, Coast Range 
of Northwest Oregon, Greater Portland Metro Area, Lower Columbia and 
North Oregon Coast and southwest Washington, including the following 
areas, Greater Vancouver Area, I-5 Corridor in Cowlitz County, South 
Washington Cascade Foothills, South Washington Coast and Willapa 
Hills.

Please continue to heed remaining road closures. However, flood 
warnings remain in effect for the Cowlitz River at Kelso and the 
Luckiamute River. No additional river flooding is expected.
