...FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 1 PM EST THIS AFTERNOON...

The Flood Watch will expire for portions of northeast Georgia, 
western North Carolina and upstate South Carolina, including the 
following areas, in northeast Georgia, Habersham and Rabun. In 
western North Carolina, Graham, Haywood, Macon, Northern Jackson, 
Southern Jackson, Swain and Transylvania. In upstate South Carolina, 
Oconee Mountains and Pickens Mountains.

Heavy rain has moved out of the area, and most streams and rivers 
have crested or will crest soon. Therefore, the Flood Watch will 
expire at 1 PM EST this afternoon.
