The Flash Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of East Arkansas, 
including the following area, Phillips, North Mississippi, including 
the following areas, Alcorn, Benton MS, Calhoun, Chickasaw, Coahoma, 
DeSoto, Itawamba, Lafayette, Lee MS, Marshall, Monroe, Panola, 
Pontotoc, Prentiss, Quitman, Tallahatchie, Tate, Tippah, Tishomingo, 
Tunica, Union and Yalobusha, and West Tennessee, including the 
following areas, Chester, Decatur, Hardeman, Hardin, Henderson and 
McNairy.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to 
heed remaining road closures.
