The Flood Watch will expire for portions of the Oklahoma Panhandle, 
including the following areas, Beaver, Cimarron and Texas. Portions 
of the Texas Panhandle, including the following areas, Armstrong, 
Carson, Collingsworth, Dallam, Deaf Smith, Donley, Gray, Hansford, 
Hartley, Hemphill, Hutchinson, Lipscomb, Moore, Ochiltree, Oldham, 
Palo Duro Canyon, Potter, Randall, Roberts, Sherman and Wheeler.

The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will 
expire at 10 PM CDT this evening.
