Texas, including the following areas, Coke, Crockett, Irion, Jones, 
Runnels, Shackelford, Sterling, Taylor, Throckmorton and Tom Green.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood 
Watch is being cancelled.
