The Flash Flood Watch has expired for portions of Oregon and 
Washington, including the following areas, in Oregon, East Slopes of 
the Oregon Cascades, Grande Ronde Valley, Northern Blue Mountains of 
Oregon, Ochoco-John Day Highlands, Southern Blue Mountains of Oregon 
and Wallowa County. In Washington, Northwest Blue Mountains and 
Upper Slopes of the Eastern Washington Cascades Crest.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood 
Watch has expired.
