.Thunderstorms bringing heavy rain into the area this week have 
led to increase flow along area rivers.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

.Lowland flooding is possible along portions of the Tipecanoe River
downstream of Norway Dam in Carroll and White counties. High water
from the Norway Dam may affect low lying areas along the river.

A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding based oncurrent
forecasts. 
You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possibleflood 
warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should beprepared 
to take action should flooding develop. More informationcan be found
