...FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 11 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

The Flash Flood Watch will expire for portions of east central and 
southeast Wisconsin, including the following areas, in east central 
Wisconsin, Sheboygan. In southeast Wisconsin, Kenosha, Milwaukee, 
Ozaukee, Racine, Washington and Waukesha.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood 
Watch will expire at 11 PM CDT this evening. Light to moderate rain 
will continue at times through tonight.
