...Coastal Flood Advisory In Effect Through 7 AM CDT Wednesday...

.The combination of increased tide levels and wave run up from Hurricane 
Michael will cause minor coastal flooding through Wednesday morning. 
The usual flood prone locations will be most susceptible around times of high
tide. This includes the Bolivar Peninsula, Blue Water Highway and Surfside.  
Toddville Road in Seabrook may also see some minor overwash around high tide.
Look for increased wave run up late Tuesday and Tuesday night, possibly impacting
additional beachfront locations, once longer period swells from Hurricane Michael 
arrive and surf increases.

...COASTAL FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The National Weather Service in Houston/Galveston has cancelled
the Coastal Flood Advisory. The Coastal Flood Watch has been
cancelled. 

The advisory area was reconfigured and the new advisory closest 
to the coast also replaces the watch that was previously in effect.
