...HIGH RIP CURRENT RISK IS CANCELLED...

The National Weather Service in Corpus Christi has cancelled the
High Rip Current Risk. 

Northeast winds around 15 knots will become easterly late this
afternoon and tonight. Swell heights of around 4 feet with period
of 8 seconds will maintain a moderate risk of rip currents for 
Gulf-facing beaches today through tonight into Saturday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Swim near a lifeguard. If caught in a rip current, relax and
float. Don't swim against the current. If able, swim in a
direction following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face the
shore and call or wave for help.
