...The National Weather Service in Elko has issued a Flood Warning 
for the following rivers in Nevada... 

  Martin Creek Near Paradise Valley affecting Humboldt County
For the Martin Creek, including Paradise Valley, Minor flooding is 
occurring,  and the river is rising extremely rapidly.

This is a potentially a very dangerous situation. Stay away from water 
over roads and flooded areas. More information will be  issued as it
becomes available.
