Flood Warning for the following Rivers in ... 

  Portneuf River at Topaz AFFECTING 
For the Portneuf River...including Portneuf River at Topaz...Minor 
Flooding is occurring...with River levels forecast to fall.

. Recent warm temperatures and rain on snowpack has caused some
rapid snow melt and run off. Minor flooding of low lying areas
along the river is expected.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Safety Message...Persons near the River should be aware of the 
expected high water and take action to protect property.
