The Small Stream Flood Advisory has been cancelled for Johns River 
near Arneys Store in Northwest Caldwell County and Southwest Burke County 
in western North Carolina...

.Runoff from previous heavy rain has worked its way further downstream 
and the river has fallen below action stage.

.Although the river has fallen below action stage, additional rainfall
is likely to fall over the area today and tonight, thus additional flooding
is possible. Those in the vicinity of the river should be aware of the 
potential for additional flooding. 


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near river banks...keep children away 
from drainage areas and culverts.
