...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 11 PM TUESDAY TO 8 AM PDT THURSDAY...

* WHAT...North winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.

* WHERE...Western portions of the Sacramento Valley, Delta Region, 
  including Interstate 5 and portions of Interstate 80 and 505.

* WHEN...From 11 PM Tuesday to 8 AM PDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree 
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds are expected Tuesday night 
  into Wednesday morning with another period of gusty winds 
  Wednesday night into early Thursday morning.
