...AIR STAGNATION ADVISORY IS CANCELLED...

The National Weather Service in Spokane has cancelled the Air
Stagnation Advisory.

An incoming winter weather system will mix out the strong
inversion, and allow better mixing of the lower atmosphere. As 
such the Air Stagnation Advisory has been cancelled.
