...AIR STAGNATION ADVISORY EXTENDED UNTIL NOON FOR THE FAR NORTH
IDAHO PANHANDLE...CENTRAL WASHINGTON...AND PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST
WASHINGTON...

.A weak frontal system will produce east or southeast winds
between 5 and 10 mph across southeast Washington and the southern
Idaho Panhandle this afternoon bringing improved dispersion to
places like Lewiston, Pullman, Spokane and Coeur d'Alene.
However, winds won't increase much in far north Idaho, the
sheltered valleys of northeast Washington, or in central
Washington until Thursday. The Air Stagnation Advisory for
central Washington and the counties of far northeast Washington
will be extended through noon Thursday.

...AIR STAGNATION ADVISORY HAS EXPIRED...

The National Weather Service in Spokane has allowed the Air 
Stagnation Advisory to expire for Whitman, Garfield, and Asotin 
counties in southeast Washington as well as Latah, Benewah, Lewis,
and Nez Perce counties in Idaho. Winds of 5 to 15 mph will be 
common this afternoon and into the night providing increased 
dispersion of low level pollutants.
