* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts 40 to 45 mph. Gusts 
  around 55 mph are likely across far northwest Oklahoma this 
  afternoon.

* WHERE...Northern, western, central, and southwest Oklahoma and all 
  of western north Texas.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree 
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
