...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CDT FOR
JACKSON COUNTY...

At 1121 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 12 miles southwest of Lucedale to 4 miles west of
Vancleave to Gulf Park Estates to 17 miles southeast of Long Beach,
moving east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile 
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
Ocean Springs, Moss Point, Escatawpa, Gautier, Wade, Helena, Big
Point, Hurley, Vancleave, Gulf Park Estates, Hickory Hills, and Gulf
Hills.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 100 PM CDT for southern
Mississippi.
