...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1245 AM EDT
FOR NORTHWESTERN MACON AND SOUTH CENTRAL SWAIN COUNTIES...

At 1234 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles southeast
of Robbinsville, or 4 miles north of Nantahala Lake, moving southeast
at 25 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind 
         damage to trees and power lines.

Locations impacted include...
Nantahala Lake, Wesser, Aquone, Kyle, Nantahala and Wayah Bald.
