...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR WESTERN PHELPS...EASTERN
GOSPER...EASTERN FURNAS AND WESTERN HARLAN COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT
315 AM CDT...

The storms which prompted the warning have weakened below severe
limits, and no longer pose an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.  However, gusty 
winds around 50 MPH and heavy rain are still possible with these 
thunderstorms.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 AM CDT for
north central Kansas...and south central Nebraska.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
Hastings.
