...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR NORTHEASTERN TITUS AND
SOUTHEASTERN RED RIVER COUNTIES IS CANCELLED...

The severe thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out of 
Titus and Red River Counties. Therefore, the warning for Titus 
and Red River Counties has been cancelled.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for northeastern
Texas.
