At 700 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Highland
Springs, moving southeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and powerlines.

This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of east
central Chesterfield, northwestern Charles City, northwestern New
Kent, eastern Henrico and southeastern Hanover Counties and the City
of Richmond, including the following locations... Wrights Corner,
Richmond Heights, Orapax Farms, Elko, Montrose, Sandston, Glendale,
Westwood, Richmond International, and Quinton.
