  Coastal Waters of Southern USVI, Vieques, and Eastern Puerto Rico
  out 10 NM...

* Until 715 PM AST.

* At 609 PM AST, strong thunderstorms capable of producing winds 
  gusts around 40 knots and waterspouts were located over the 
  southeastern coastal waters of Puerto Rico, between 8 miles south 
  of Guayama and 15 miles southeast of Maunabo, moving north near 20 
  knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.
