  Waters from High Island to Freeport TX from 20 to 60 NM...

* Until 800 AM CDT.

* At 719 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing wind 
  gusts of 34 knots or greater and waterspouts were located along a 
  line extending from 8 nm northwest of Galveston A8 to near Brazos 
  A4, moving southeast at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Brazos A4, Galveston A8, Galveston A122, Galveston A171, Galveston
  317, Galveston 424, and Galveston A21.
