* At 539 PM EDT, A band of lake effect rain showers across eastern 
  Lake Erie remains nearly stationary. This line of showers could 
  still produce waterspouts this evening.

  Van Buren Point, Small Boat Harbor, Lake Erie Beach, Barcelona,
  Wanakah, Woodlawn Beach, Erie Basin Marina, Sturgeon Point,
  Dunkirk, Athol Springs, Bayview, and Sunset Bay.
