* At 1055 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 10 nm northwest
  of Lake Erie Beach, or 17 nm north of Dunkirk, moving northeast at
  30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.
