  Waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cascade Head OR from 10 to 60
  nm...

* Until 1000 AM PST..

* At 930 AM PST, strong thunderstorms were located along a line 
  extending from 16 nm west of Cape Shoalwater to 13 nm west of 
  Klipsan Beach to near Columbia River Buoy 29, moving northeast at 
  40 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Columbia River Buoy 29, Ilwaco, Columbia River Bar, Oysterville,
  Cape Shoalwater, Cape Disappointment, Tokeland, Bay Center,
  Leadbetter Point, Klipsan Beach, North Cove, Long Beach, Ocean
  Park, South Bend, Clatsop Spit and all of Willapa Bay.
