...WINDY CONDITIONS FOR THE PALMER AIRPORT FRIDAY AND SATURDAY 
AFTERNOON...
 
Sustained southeasterly winds 25 to 30 mph are expected with 
possible gusts as high as 50 mph. Blowing dust may reduce 
visibility below 2 miles at times. Winds subside Friday night but
resume to previous levels by noon on Saturday. Winds should 
finally decrease below 10 mph Saturday before midnight.
