...Strong Winds, Rough Surf and Localized High Water...

A strong low will bring gusty westerly winds as high as 55 mph 
beginning tonight and peaking early Wednesday morning. Rough surf
and a minor rise in water levels is also expected during this 
time and may be 1-1.5 feet above the normal high tide line. Winds 
and water levels will gradually diminish throughout the day.
