...High River Levels This Week...

Rivers draining the Brooks Range, including the Colville River,
will remain high this week. More rain late this week could cause
water levels to rise this weekend. Water levels may reach 
bankfull in some locations this weekend, with gravel bars being 
covered, increased debris in the river, and water up to the brush 
line. People living or recreating along rivers on the North Slope 
are encouraged to monitor water levels.
