SOUTH CENTRAL SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTIES UNTIL 515 PM PST...

At 420 PM PST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 14
miles east of Nipomo, or 14 miles northeast of Santa Maria, moving 
southwest at 5 mph. This storm is likely producing heavy rain, 
showers of small hail, wind gusts up to 50 mph and occasional 
lightning. Because the storm is slow moving, minor roadway flooding 
is likely on area roads, including Highway 101. In addition, 
accumulating hail is possible. 

Locations impacted include...
Santa Maria...Orcutt...Sisquoc...
and Highway 166 between Twitchell Dam and the Cuyama Valley.
