At 1036 AM PDT, the public reported thunder, lightning, and pea 
sized hail near Crest, or near Alpine, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
El Cajon, Alpine, Potrero, Campo, Skye Valley, Japatul Valley,
Barrett Lake, Syucan Indian Reservation, Jamul, Harbison Canyon, and
Dulzura.
