TULARE COUNTIES UNTIL 215 PM PST...

At 127 PM PST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near London to 7 miles east of Delano. Movement
was east at 30 mph.

Brief heavy downpours, dime size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph 
will be possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Visalia, Tulare, Porterville, Orosi, Lindsay, Farmersville, Exeter,
Woodlake, Terra Bella, Ducor, East Orosi, East Porterville, Ivanhoe,
Strathmore, Cutler, Three Rivers, Poplar-Cotton Center, Woodville,
London and Richgrove.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may lead
