...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WEST CENTRAL KERN COUNTY THROUGH
600 PM PDT...

At 528 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 11
miles north of McKittrick, or 32 miles southwest of Delano, moving
southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
McKittrick, Derby Acres, Belridge, and Buttonwillow.
