...A CLUSTER OF STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN SANTA 
BARBARA AND SOUTH CENTRAL SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTIES THROUGH 1015 AM 
PDT...

At 910 AM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong 
thunderstorm between Morro Bay to Point Arguello, soon to be 
impacting Vandenberg and Lompoc. These storms are moving 
to the southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, accumulating hail up to one 
         half inch diameter, and brief heavy downpours that could cause
         local roadway flooding. 

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.
