...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT THE MOUNTAINS IN CENTRAL LOS ANGELES
COUNTY THROUGH 215 PM PDT...

At 122 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles southeast of Acton in the mountains of Los Angeles County. 
This storm was moving east northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail, with brief
heavy downpours. 

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.
