...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT CENTRAL AND WESTERN LOS ANGELES 
COUNTY INCLUDING THE SANTA MONICAS THROUGH 930 PM PST...

At 841 PM PST, Doppler radar was tracking strong showers with gusty 
winds along a line extending from 9 miles northeast of Mount Wilson 
to near Carson. Movement was east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Doppler radar indicates weak rotation 
         with this storm and while not immediately likely, this 
         activity is being closely monitored for the small chance of 
         producing a weak tornado.
