CENTRAL JACKSON...NORTHERN WALTON...HOLMES AND NORTHWESTERN
WASHINGTON COUNTIES THROUGH 145 PM CDT...

At 100 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Hartford to 6 miles southeast of Geneva to
11 miles northwest of Bonifay to 6 miles north of De Funiak Springs
to 14 miles north of Eglin Air Force Base to 12 miles south of
Florala to 7 miles southeast of Laurel Hill. Movement was southeast
at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Chipley, De Funiak Springs, Bonifay, Geneva, Eglin Air Force Base,
Union, Liberty, Paxton, Ponce De Leon, Caryville, Esto, Westville,
Black, Oakwood Hills, Cluster Springs, Whitehead Crossroads,
Cerrogordo, Gritney, Glendale, and Pleasant Ridge.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
