Patchy to areas of fog are developing across portions of the 
Florida panhandle, Big Bend, and adjacent areas of southwest 
Georgia. Common visibilities have fallen to one mile with isolated
locations of one half mile. If driving this morning and 
encountering areas of fog, slow down, use your low beam 
headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you. Conditions 
should improve by 9 AM eastern time.
