* At 859 PM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologists were
  tracking a strong thunderstorm near Bryceville, or 15 miles
  southwest of Callahan, moving southeast at 40 mph.

* Winds in excess of 45 mph possible with this storm. Frequent 
  lightning is also expected.

* Locations impacted include...
  Jacksonville, Cisco Gardens, Ortega, St. George, Normandy,
  Bryceville, San Marco, Riverside, Baldwin and Tallyrand.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
