Delaware and Northern Linn counties through 1045 PM CDT...

At 947 PM CDT, snow showers were located along a line extending from 
near Lamont to Vinton. Movement was southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Visibilities less than a quarter of a mile and due to 
         snow and winds in excess of 30 mph.

SOURCE...Trained Spotter

IMPACTS...Snow covered surfaces including roadways, bridges, 
         overpasses, and sidewalks. Difficulty seeing while driving.
      
Locations impacted include...
Independence, Vinton, Manchester, Marion, Robins, Jesup, Center
Point, Urbana, Central City, Fairbank, Springville, Edgewood,
Winthrop, Hazleton, Earlville, Walker, Alburnett, Coggon, Quasqueton
and Lamont.

This includes Interstate 380 between mile markers 29 and 55.
