located over Iowa City, moving southeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Visibility under 1 mile and winds in excess of 30 mph

IMPACTS...Snow covered surfaces including roadways, bridges, 
          overpasses, and sidewalks. Difficulty seeing while driving.
          Strong winds will make driving difficult.

Tiffin, Lone Tree, University Heights, Hills, Nichols, Atalissa,
Oakdale, Lake Macbride State Park, Newport, Cranston, Muscatine
County Fairgrounds, Sugar Bottom Camp Ground, Johnson County
Fairgrounds, Saulsbury Bridge Campground, and West Overlook.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 80 in Iowa between mile markers 233 and 258.
 Interstate 380 between mile markers 1 and 7.
